How does payment processing work?
We integrate with Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe charges a standard fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. There are no additional fees from InvoiceGo. You keep the rest of your payment.
What payment methods can I accept?
You can accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Zelle, ACH bank transfers, cash, and checks. Your customers can choose their preferred payment method.
Can I use InvoiceGo offline?
Yes! InvoiceGo works fully offline. You can create invoices, estimates, and track expenses without an internet connection. Everything automatically syncs when you're back online. Perfect for job sites with poor cell service.
Can I manage multiple businesses?
